Knife Wizard Domestic Electric Sharpener~KNIFE WIZARD
Two spring loaded grinding wheels (coarse and fine), which apply controlled pressure to the blade of the knife.
The grooves in each section hold the knife at a 15º angle to give the perfect cutting edge.
The left groove in each section sharpens the right hand side of the knife and the right groove, the left side.
Knives are sharpened in the coarse section and polished to a razor finish in the fine.
Chefs knives, steak knives, cleavers, and even serrated knives can be sharpened perfectly.
There are special sharpening instructions enclosed with each machine for sharpening Japanese steel knives.

Knife Wizard Professional Knife Sharpener~KNIFE WIZARD
2 closed-cell rubber covered wheels, each carrying endless abrasive rolls.
The left wheel sharpens the left side of the blade and the right wheel, the right side.
The drive motor produces enormous torque (see tech info) which allows the use of fine abrasive – this, together with the cushion contact system produces a razor sharp smooth cutting edge which does not require honing on a steel.
During sharpening, the knife is supported at the correct angle by the check plates.
Cleaning and replacement of the abrasives is simplicity itself, taking less than 1 minute.
Other than this, there is no maintenance required.
Virtually all knives and most cleavers can be bought to razor sharpness by an unskilled operator – in seconds.
